Return & Refund Policy

All items listed on Texas Surplus Marketplace are sold as-is. We do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind between buyers and sellers. All sales are final.

Texas Surplus Marketplace is an advertising platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, and we have no authority over, or responsibility for, the condition of items, their descriptions, or any post-sale disputes.

The $100 per grouped listing fee paid by sellers is non-refundable once listing work has begun. This includes cases where:

• The item sells quickly or does not sell at all
• The seller changes their mind or withdraws the listing
• The listing is declined due to policy violations
• The listing expires before the item sells

Buyers are responsible for:

• Inspecting items prior to completing any transaction
• Arranging and completing pickup directly with the seller
• Any disputes, disagreements, or issues arising from the transaction

Texas Surplus Marketplace strongly encourages buyers to communicate with sellers and inspect items before exchanging any payment.

Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between those parties. Texas Surplus Marketplace does not mediate, arbitrate, or take responsibility for any transaction disputes.
